Registering a User Account

To download your free copy of Hero desktop energy-modelling software, you must have registered and verified a Hero User Account.

To register a User Account:

  1. Proceed to the Registration / Sign Up Page at Hero’s website

  2. Fill in your User Registration details. You’ll need to enter some personal & business details and if you would like to issue Accredited NatHERS Certificates (rather than Non-Accredited NatHERS Certificates) then you will need to select your registered Assessor Accrediting Organisation (AAO) & your AAO Membership Number.

  3. Agree to the Hero Terms & Conditions & submit your registration request

  4. Check your registered email. An activation email will be sent to your registered email address for verification. Click the link to confirm your email address & activate your Hero account.

  5. You can now log-in using your register email address & password.

If you did not receive a Verification Activation email upon submitting your registration request, please check your spam or junk folders in your email

If during registration you entered your Accreditation details for your AAO then an email will also be automatically sent to your AAO for verification of those membership details.

Note: If you lapse in your membership, your AAO may switch off your Accreditation status within the Hero web-portal.
