The User Profile section of the Hero Web-Portal holds information about your Hero account and allows you edit those details.

You must be Logged into the Hero Web-Portal for the User Profile to be accessed.

Access the User Profile section of the Hero Web-Portal by clicking your User Name in the top-right of the window and selecting My Profile

 

Change User Details

You can change your User Details such as Company Name, Address & Contact Details by changing the existing details and pressing the ▶ Submit Button to save your new details.

Changing AAO & AAO Membership Number

You can change or nominate a new AAO within the AAO Section of the User Profile section.

Enter your new details and press the ▶ Submit Button to save your new details.

Note your AAO will be sent an automated email from Hero that requires the AAO to verify your entered details prior to your account being Verified by the AAO.

Change Password

Select Change Password in the Left Sidebar of the User Profile page.

Enter your Existing Password as well as your New Desired Password (twice) and press Change Password. You will receive an automated email from Hero confirming this action.
